If anyone you don’t know comes onto the jobsite, we ask that you stop what you are doing and introduce yourself.
We require this of every employee, and are asking all of our subcontractors to join us in redefining industry norms. All we ask is that everyone pauses to say, “Hello my name is _____ and I’m working on this project as a _____. It’s nice to meet you.” then returns to work.
