With features for managing owner equipment, coordinating FF&E, conducting OXC meetings, and handling project close-outs efficiently, Procore simplifies complex construction workflows and streamlines project document management, disclosure, and collateral, promoting transparency and accountability throughout the construction process. In addition to Procore, Optimum uses DroneDeploy to capture aerial imagery, track job site progress, and identify potential issues before they impact the schedule. Close out

Handing off the project to the client is the moment we're all striving for. We provide all closeout documentation & required owner training prior to receiving the final payment and retainage, ensuring that our responsibilities are fully met and that the owner is equipped to receive and use the property. The project undergoes a final occupancy inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards, allowing the space to be legally occupied. Warranty issues are addressed, and any defects or deficiencies are rectified immediately. We provide a certificate of insurance (COI) verifying that appropriate insurance coverage is in place. All essential documents, including warranties, permits, and other relevant paperwork, are handed to the owner to ensure proper record-keeping and future reference.
