We built a relationship and have since helped him with 2 more boot molding machines, office fit-ups, a distribution center, and other project build-outs in Freeport and Lewiston. We know each other now and we share similar values.
What started as a small brewery build to bring a dream to life has turned into multiple expansions, a tasting room, and an addition on John’s house. We don’t limit ourselves to just commercial work, because we have a relationship, we don’t want friends feeling uncertain ever again in a building project.
When transitioning his law practice from one office to another, timing was a crucial component. He couldn’t afford to misstep in the transition, to his fit-up had to be excellent and fast. He’s now our friend, and his new office was ready for him and his staff as soon as they needed it.
